Jeb's journey with Chemtec runs deep. As one of the original owners alongside his father, the founder Gary Williams, and Milton Page, Jeb played a pivotal role in cultivating the company's growth. Together, they built Chemtec into a formidable force in the industry, ultimately orchestrating its successful sale.

Driven by a steadfast entrepreneurial spirit, Jeb, along with Milton Page, embarked on a new chapter by reacquiring Chemtec. Their visionary leadership has propelled the formation of Chemtec New Energies, a division poised to lead the charge towards sustainable energy solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in the oil & gas custody transfer measurement industry and the high-performance additive fuels market, Jeb brings invaluable insight to the table. His deep understanding of these sectors, coupled with his strategic acumen, has been instrumental in forging ahead with Chemtec New Energies.

Before his journey with Chemtec, Jeb honed his expertise at Williams Energy refined product terminals, after he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Jacksonville University. Experience that laid the foundation for his remarkable journey. Additionally, Jeb is a certified Private Pilot, underscoring his commitment to precision and excellence in all endeavors.

Shawn is more than just a leader; he's a visionary with a pragmatic approach and a knack for bringing diverse teams together. With a career spanning industries as varied as automotive, food, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas, Shawn has developed a keen understanding of businesses, from service-oriented models to engineer-to-order products.

But it's not just his breadth of experience that sets Shawn apart; it's his ability to translate that experience into action. In the midst of the post COVID market he helped to plant the strategic seeds for what would later become Chemtec New Energies and its pursuit of clean energy systems.

Shawn's leadership style is marked by his operational excellence and mechanical engineering background coupled with his talent for building cohesive teams. He understands that success isn't just about having the right ideas; it's about having the right people to execute them. Andrew is a seasoned executive with a passion for driving innovation and sustainable solutions in the energy sector. With a diverse background spanning over two decades, he brings a wealth of experience to his role as VP of Strategic Development at Chemtec New Energies.

Throughout his career, Andrew has demonstrated a keen ability to identify emerging market trends and capitalize on strategic opportunities for growth. His vision and forward-thinking approach have been instrumental in positioning Chemtec New Energies as a leader in the Hydrogen fueling space.

Prior to joining Chemtec, Andrew held several key positions at prominent energy companies, where he played a pivotal role in launching new products and expanding into new markets, resulting in deeper customer connections and stronger market footholds. His track record of success, coupled with his deep understanding of the complexities of the energy landscape, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the industry.

Andrews inquisitive customer and regulatory requirements approach finds him always a step ahead on latest developments in renewable energy technologies and market dynamics. Outside of his professional endeavors, Andrew is deeply committed to community involvement, coaching a local kids lacrosse team.
